1. 包装范围广泛：适用于各种形状、状态、性质的物料如:大小颗粒、粉料、酱料、液料等（大米，粗粮，坚果炒货，麻辣膨化，板栗，豆腐干、鸡鸭爪、榨菜、淀粉、洗衣液、火锅底料等等）；
2. 操作方便：采用PLC触摸屏控制,人机界面操作系统，操作直观方便；
3. 调节方便：机夹同步调节，生产不同产品时设备的参数可保存，更换品种时从数据库调取即可完成；
4. 自动化程度高：所有动作都采用端面凸轮完成，相比沟槽凸轮加工工艺简单成本低，高速运时速度可达60pcs/min；
5. 完善的预防系统，可智能检测是否开袋及开袋是否完整，在不合适加料的情况下不加料不热封，不浪费袋子及物料，空袋可循环至一工位从新装填，避免的袋子污染造成的浪费，节约成本；

QD-200 bag packing machine
